Terms of use

ListOnce lets a brokerage enter a listing once, records the seller's visibility choice, and sends the listing to the destinations its rules allow. The open demo at /app uses invented sample data only. Outside connections to MLSs and other systems are set up separately, per agreement.

• Accounts belong to people invited by an organization. Keep your email account secure: it is how you sign in.
• Admins must use two-step sign-in. You are responsible for what is done with your organization's API keys; revoke or rotate a key you think is exposed.
• Tell us at security@listonce.io if you suspect someone has used your account or a key.

• The listing brokerage owns its listings and the data in them. You give us the right to store, process and deliver them as your settings and the seller's choice direct.
• You confirm you may share what you enter, including photos and the seller's details, and that you have the seller's permission for the visibility you choose.
• You can export your listings at any time from Settings.

• No scraping, probing or load testing outside the limits we publish, and no attempt to reach other organizations' data.
• No re-publishing of members only listings outside the members they were shared with.
• No unlawful, discriminatory or misleading listing content.

Fees and any sharing of data proceeds, if they apply, are set out in a separate written agreement.

You can stop using the service and ask for your data to be deleted at any time. We may suspend access that puts other organizations or the service at risk, and will tell you why.

The service is provided as is during the pilot. Limits of liability, governing law and how disputes are settled are to be set by counsel before these terms take effect.
